On Tuesday, November 11, 2008 a squad of AMVETS Post 66 Members paid a visit to two local nursing homes, Piqua Manor and
the Heartland of Piqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. At Piqua Manor we presented a new US Flag and then handed out Letters
of Appreciation to the veteran residents. After a broief visit we went to Heartland where we held a flag raising cermony and we then
invited to attended a recognition ceremony.
